Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and Solar Connect Plus (“SolarConnect+,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing up for a free trial, submitting a lead form, or using our website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the services.

SolarConnect+ is a customer relationship and project management platform built for residential and small commercial solar installation companies. Features include lead and opportunity tracking, proposal generation, permitting workflows, install scheduling, and project handoff.

We may modify, add, or remove features from time to time. Material reductions in functionality will be communicated in advance.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We may offer a free trial for a limited period (e.g. 14 days). At the end of the trial, your account will not automatically convert to a paid plan unless you choose a plan and provide payment information. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
• Bypass row-level security or attempt to access other organizations' data.

When you opt in to receive text messages from SolarConnect+ — including by submitting a lead form on our website — you agree to the following terms in addition to our Privacy Policy.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and submitting a lead form, you consent to receive marketing text messages (such as promotions, confirmations, and product updates) from SolarConnect+ at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency & cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes will apply at your next renewal.

The SolarConnect+ platform, including all software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to your workspace. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarConnect+ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that may harm us or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
